“Doug Stamper (Advice Raps)” featuring comedian Hannibal Buress is one of the standout cuts from Open Mike Eagle’s outstanding ‘Dark Comedy’ LP.
While the song title is a reference to Frank Underwood’s go-to “problem solver” on Netflix’s ‘House of Cards’, the video is full of callbacks to one of my favorite television shows of all time, David Lynch’s ‘Twin Peaks’.
