After taking a short break from recording, Psychedelic Pop band MGMT is back. And they’ve apparently traded their new age Psychtronica sound and hipster-cum-hippie image in for dark Electro-Funk grooves and Goth style on their new single “Little Dark Age”. The video sports some creepy, seemingly Giallo and Hammer Horror inspired, imagery. I kinda love everything about it.
“Little Dark Age” is the title track from MGMT’s forthcoming fourth studio LP which is due out in 2018 on Columbia Records.
